Million dollar home sales abound in Barrington

Home on South Meadow Lane sells for $1.3 million


Three properties priced above the $1 million mark recently sold in Barrington.

The home at 47 South Meadow Lane recently sold for $1,315,000. The house sits on five acres of waterfront property with direct access to Smith's Cove. Offering more than 4,000-square feet of living space, the home features an open floor plan, several sunrooms, decks and "bright walls of windows."

The home at 7 Blount Circle also sold recently, fetching $1,125,000. The home was designed and built by Meridian Custom Homes and sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac just a short walk from the water. The home features four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.

Also, the home at 15 Rumstick Drive also sold recently for $1,200,000. The home sits near the end of Rumstick Point and has been expanded with additions. It has water views and also has deeded water access. 

Residential Properties was involved in all three sales.
