EAST PROVIDENCE — A city man who had not checked in with his family for a week has done so following a release to the media by East Providence Police.

In a statement Thursday morning, May 19, EPPD Detective Lieutenant Raymond Blinn said Brandon Frails, whose whereabouts were unknown since May 11, phoned his mother on Wednesday of this week.

In addition, Lt. Blinn said a citizen contacted the police regarding Mr. Frails. He has been located and is safe.

"The East Providence Police would like to say thank you for your assistance with the missing person case," Lt. Blinn's statement added.
