Historical Society adds holiday flair to Lantern Tours this Christmas weekend

The Newport Historical Society is putting a holiday spin on their History Tours this Friday, Dec. 23! Learn about traditional holiday celebrations on this 60-minute guided evening tour through the enchanting city of Newport. 

This event begins at the Museum of Newport History, to which all attendees of the walking tour will be granted free attendance as well as a 10 percent discount to the Museum Shop on the day of the tour. 

The Historical Society asks that all participants arrive at least 30 minutes before the 4 p.m. start time to check in or sign up with a member of the Museum staff. 

Spots are limited, so prior ticket registration is recommended, which can be purchased on the tour website.

TICKET PRICING:  Adults: $20 - Children 5 to 12: $8 - NHS Members and Military: $15 - Children Under 5: Free
