King Philip Little League held their opening day on Saturday, 4/30. Teams from all divisions lined the infield as police, fire, servicemen and veterans were honored by league officials. Victoria Carroll sang the National Anthem and Nick Andriozzi led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance. Police Chief Josue Canario, Fire Chief Michael De Mello, Bristol Veterans Council president Louis Francis Jr. and Fourth of July chief marshal Okie Falcoa threw ceremonial first pitches to kick off the season.
