Police: Man exposed himself at Warren donut drive through

A Bristol man who police alleged exposed himself while ordering a coffee at a Warren Dunkin Donuts in September faces indecent exposure/disorderly conduct charges.

William Flowers, 37, of 29 Sowams Drive in Bristol, was arrested Thursday, Oct. 27, a month after police said he exposed himself to a clerk serving him through the drive-in window. The clerk told police that a man later confirmed to be Mr. Flowers pulled up at 5:15 a.m. and ordered a coffee, handing her his credit card for payment. When she went to hand him his coffee, she noticed that Mr. Flowers had completely exposed his genitals. She later identified him in a photo line-up.

Mr. Flowers is due to be arraigned Thursday, Nov. 4, in Sixth Division District Court.
