Barrington Police responded to the area in front of St. Luke Church at about 10:52 a.m. on Sunday, April 7, for a report of a shirtless man standing outside the building.
Police spoke with the man, who said he had no place to live. Officers also checked with a resident who lives nearby who has a no contact order against the man. She said the man had not been to her home.
About an hour later, police received a call about a shirtless man yelling swears and other derogatory words near the high school tennis courts. Police responded and found the same man, Randy Lee Arroyo, 25, of New Bedford, Mass. Police charged Mr. Arroyo with disorderly conduct.
