According to Portsmouth Detective Lt. Michael C. Arnold, Josmaira Martinez, of 46 Home Ave., was charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine and fentanyl/heroin.

At about 2 p.m. on Oct. 11, Ms. Martinez’s vehicle was stopped in the area of Park Avenue at Cottage Avenue, Lt. Arnold said.

Ms. Martinez was questioned and a search of the vehicle revealed a hidden electronic compartment that contained 58 grams of cocaine and 28 grams of fentanyl/heroin that was individually packaged, along with $1,060 in cash, he said.

The street value of the illicit narcotics was estimated to be $8,600, Lt. Arnold said.
