PORTSMOUTH — A 34-year-old local man was arrested last week on a warrant accusing him of vandalism with a BB gun.

Police received a report of a vandalism that had occurred sometime overnight at the Sunny Acres mobile home park off Bristol Ferry Road. According to police, a vehicle and vinyl siding of a residence had been damaged by BBs.

After an investigation, police issued an affidavit arrest warrant for Edward Joseph Guadalupe III, of 3 South Drive, and he was later taken into custody, police said.

Guadalupe was charged with firing in a compact area, and two counts of vandalism with malicious injury to property.

Tuesday, Dec. 5

Ronaldo Aguiar De Medeiros, 39, of 3 Hargraves St., Fall River, was charged with driving under the influence (DUI), first offense, at about 8:40 p.m. Officers stopped Aguiar De Medeiros on West Main Road at the Route 24 North on-ramp shortly after receiving a report of an erratic driver, police said. Officers observed damage to the vehicle’s rear bumper and that the driver exhibited multiple signs of alcohol impairment, police said.

Brittney M. Anderson, 28, of 90 Girard Ave., Apt. 62, Newport, was charged around 9:35 p.m. with DUI, her second offense, after officers received a report of a vehicle that had left the roadway on West Main Road at the Route 24 North on-ramp, police said.

Wednesday, Dec. 6

Cynthia Book Brough, 73, of 85 Willow Lane, was charged with domestic assault after officers responded to her home around 7:15 p.m. after getting a 911 call reporting a domestic incident. The victim was a 77-year-old man from Portsmouth, according to police.

Friday, Dec. 8

Isabella L. Rudacevsky, 24, of 394 Metacom Ave., Bristol, was charged with driving without an active license, her fourth and subsequent offense, at about 10:20 a.m. The arrest was the result of a report of a disabled vehicle on East Main Road. When officers arrived, they found that Rudacevsky had a suspended Rhode Island driver’s license, and that her vehicle’s registration had been canceled, police said.

Saturday, Dec. 9

Sabrina Diana Severino, 32, of 9 Fillmore St., Apt. 3, Newport, was charged with driving without an active valid license following a traffic stop on Freeborn Street shortly before 9 p.m.
