SoulCollage®: Autumn Reflections

Posted

“Fall is a season for balancing light and dark, letting go, and accepting the impermanence of things.” – Frederic & Mary Ann Brussat

During this 4-week workshop, we explore the wonder of autumn: change, mystery, balance, abundance, gratitude, letting go. Using the creative intuitive SoulCollage® process, we will make personal collaged cards using simple materials (5”x8” mat boards, scissors, glue sticks, recycled magazine images) to aid us in a journey of self-discovery: reflections on making big and small changes, letting go of unhealthy relationships & negative habits, being in the moment, finding balance within, strengthening our good, expressing gratitude for all that we have. We will consult our cards each week using questions designed to help us uncover our deepest truths. (Please note: You do not need any collage or artistic experience to do SoulCollage®. This process works for everyone!)
