Teresa Melo Ferro, 83, passed away on Nov. 20, 2017, at Heatherwood Health Care Center.   

Born in Povacao, St. Michael, Azores, she was the daughter of the late Joao and Maria Rosa (deMello) Ferro. She is survived by her brother, Dennis Ferro, and his wife, Emilia, of Warren. She was the sister of the late Christiano Ferro, Almorinda Araujo, Jose Ferro, Manuel Ferro and Gilberto Ferro.

Her funeral services were held Wednesday, Nov. 29, from the George Lima Funeral Home, with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated by the Rev. John Wyneved at St. Elizabeth’s Church, 577 Wood St., Bristol
