At 2:28 a.m., Michael D. Ferrara Jr., 25, of Warren was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

At 3:52 a.m., Brian Kelley, 47, of Milton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Pamela A. Levakis, 54, of 100 Lewis Street, Tiverton, was charged at 11:20 a.m. with violating a no-contact order, resisting arrest, and simple assault.

At 2:28 a.m., Michael D. Ferrara Jr., 25, of Warren was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
At 3:52 a.m., Brian Kelley, 47, of Milton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Pamela A. Levakis, 54, of 100 Lewis Street, Tiverton, was charged at 11:20 a.m. with violating a no-contact order, resisting arrest, and simple assault.
Sunday, May 28
Steven R. Zambic, 52, of 51 Knotty Pine Road, Tiverton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, and refusal to submit to a chemical test, 2nd violation within five years.
Monday, May 29
At 12:49 a.m., Patrick D. Kane, 29, of Providence, was charged with obtaining money under false pretenses.
At 2:34 p.m., a Tiverton caller reported that her daughter's boyfriend had posted naked pictures of her daughter online —pictures taken several years ago when the daughter was 14. The boyfriend lives out-of-state. The caller identified a website which includes links by which people can see underage nudity.
Tuesday, May 30
Rebecca M. Ryan, 31, of 121 Durfee Road, Tiverton, was charged at 6:20 p.m. with domestic simple assault.
At 9:49 p.m., Gary Allen Wills, 55, of Providence was charged under a Superior Court bench warrant and under an affidavit and arrest warrant from the Rhode Island State Police.
Wednesday, May 31
A 17-year old Tiverton boy was charged at 2:02 a.m. with disorderly conduct.
At 6:24 p.m., Daniel Bernier, 36, of 185 Stafford Road, Apt. Barn, Tiverton, was charged with violating a no-contact order.
Thursday, June 1
At 12:52 p.m., David Morrison, 38, of Fall River, was charged with possession of marijuana, first offense, obstructing an officer, driving with an invalid license, and under a bench warrant from the 2nd District Court.
At 12:30 p.m., Ashley M. Lebreux, 29, of 839 Lake Road, Tiverton, was charged with possession of marijuana, first offense.
Friday, June 2
Dillon Medeiros, 19, of 129 Caribou Way, Tiverton, was charged at 12:14 p.m. under an affidavit and arrest warrant from another department.
At 1:16 p.m., Nathan T. Cline, 19, of 260 Souza Road, Tiverton, was charged under an affidavit and arrest warrant from another department.
