Tiverton police: six charged with

Monday, April 3
At 11:06 a.m., Gregory Carter, 60, of 51 Barn Swallow Drive, Tiverton, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.
Wednesday, April 5
At 1:49 a.m., David Souza, 43, of Fall River, was charged with possession of a scheduled drug.
Christopher J. Ball, 34, of 18 Doris Avenue, Tiverton, was charged at 12:13 p.m., with domestic disorderly conduct and two counts of violating a no contact order.
Thursday, April 6
Calvin E. Bouchard, 22, of 228 Fish Road, Tiverton, was charged at 9:11 p.m. under an affidavit and arrest warrant from an out-of-town police department.
At 11:01 p.m., Joshua Schneider, 29, of Fall River was charged under a 2nd District Court bench warrant.
Friday, April 7
Michael R. Penno, 52, of 8 Rock Street, Apt. #3B, Tiverton, was charged at 8:25 p.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Saturday, April 8
At 3:26 a.m., Fergus Reid Jr. 21, of Wilton, Connecticut, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Christina M. Aguiar, 40, of 19 Mill Street, Apt. #2R, Tiverton, was charged at 6:28 p.m.under an affidavit and arrest warrant from an out-of-town police department.
Sunday, April 9
At 1:51 a.m., Jason R. Tingley, 41, of Portsmouth, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Sunday, April 9
At 5:31 a.m., Daniel Patrick DesRoche, 29, of Taunton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
At 4:08 p.m., Damian Woodlyn, 43, of Portsmouth, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and refusal to submit to a breathalyzer test.
Monday, April 10
Joshua A. Clark, 32, of 33 Rock Street, Apt. #A, Tiverton, was charged at 3:52 a.m. with obstructing an officer.
Terri Ann Hathaway, 57, of 42 Fairfield Avenue, Tiverton, was charged at 5:51 a.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol.
