Two men are facing charges after police said they were caught trying to break into cars in the Kathleen Drive area Thursday night, Nov. 8.
Alex B. Correia, 19, of Fall River, and Brendan J. Hilts, 18, homeless, of Warren, were charged with injuring or tampering with vehicles and conspiracy after a caller from Kathleen Drive called at 9:47 p.m. to report that two men may be trying to access parked cars there.
Police detained the two on Kathleen Drive and discovered them with change, a necklace, watch, iPhone and charger, knife, knife sharpener, lighters, gloves, and other items. In addition to the other charges, a charge against Mr. Correia for possession of narcotics is pending, based on toxicology test results.
