Three Warren Police Department officers were promoted Tuesday night by Warren Town Council President Joseph DePasquale, at the council’s regular monthly meeting. Promoted following the retirement of former Deputy Chief Joseph Loiselle were (from left) Deputy Chief Roy Borges, Sgt. Marc Ferreira and Lt. Edward Borges.
