Parker Mill for sale for $3.25 million

Parker Mill, one of the largest industrial complexes in Warren, is for sale for $3.25 million. Owner Mark Lombari, who purchased the property in 2005, is listed online as the agent for the sale.

Since his purchase of the property 13 years, Mr. Lombari has rented out units to manufacturers and other businesses, and also runs his popular 426 Fitness out of the 1899 mill. Mr. Lombari was not available to comment Monday. According to the listing and tax records on file with the Town of Warren, the 225,000-square-foot mill and 11.2 acres on which it sits were assessed during Warren’s revaluation in 2017 at $2.211 million. That was a nearly 50 percent increase over the prior assessment of $1.4 million.
