Barrington Middle School officials are asking parents to follow a few simple rules when dropping off students in the morning.
According to a message shared in the BMS newsletter, parents driving their children to school should pull all the way forward in the green cone drop-off zone.
"Pulling forward the extra few feet greatly reduces the back-up on Middle Highway," stated the newsletter.
Additionally, school officials have noticed that more students have been arriving late to school each morning.
"Students are required to be in their homeroom seats by 7:45 a.m.," stated the newsletter, adding that students must be in their homeroom seats if they plan on participating in after-school events.
