Albert A. LePage Sr., 93, Tiverton

Albert Arthur LePage Sr., 93, originally of 28 Main Road, Tiverton, died on Jan. 3, 2017.  He was the husband of the late Florence T. (Fonseca) LePage. Born in Tiverton, he was the son of the late Joseph P. LePage II and Caroline (Dupont) LePage.

He had been proprietor of the former J.P. LePage & Sons, Hardware Store of Tiverton.  He was a member of Holy Ghost Parish. He had served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Mr. LePage was the oldest member of the Tiverton Rod & Gun Club and a lifetime member.

He is survived by a daughter, Lucy Sinclair of Tiverton, and a son, Albert A. LePage Jr. of New Hampshire, along with five grandchildren, Brooke LePage Buck, Katie LePage Licata, Daniel LePage, Nicholas Sinclair and Ryan Sinclair. Great grandchildren are Keegan Buck, Reed Buck, Paxton Licata and Adelaide LePage.  He leaves 50 nieces and nephews.  He was the brother of the late Wilfred LePage, Adelard LePage, Rita Chester, Joseph P. LePage III, Henry LePage, Anita LePage, Norman LePage and Matilda LePage.

He is also survived by two sisters-in-law, Martha Fonseca and Nora LePage, and a brother-in-law, Billy Dolin.

Visitation, Friday 5-8 p.m.  His funeral will be held on Saturday at 9 a.m. from the Pocasset Memorial Funeral Home, 462 Main Road, Tiverton, with a  10 a.m.  Mass at Holy Ghost Church, Tiverton.  Burial at Pocasset Hill Cemetery.   www.almeida-pocasset.com.
