Richard E. Brayton, 65, of Tiverton, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 9, 2016, at home. He was the son of Beverly T. (Fowler) Brayton of Tiverton and the late Rodney O. Brayton, Jr.
Mr. Brayton was born in Providence, RI, and had been a lifelong resident of Tiverton. He enjoyed working on cars and loved participating in truck-pulls with his truck, “Magic Touch.”
Survivors along with his mother include four brothers, David Brayton of Florida, Barry Brayton and Douglas Brayton, both of Tiverton, and Todd Brayton of Cumberland, RI; four sisters, Cynthia Cordeira of Tiverton, Judith Lemieux of Dartmouth, Bonnie Sage of Portsmouth, and Sally Grant of Boston; as well as many nieces and nephews.
