Thomas Mullins, 88, Tiverton

Thomas Mullins, 88, of the Villages, Florida, formerly of Tiverton, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016, with his family by his side.

Thomas was born in Fall River and was a son of the late Thomas F. and Eva Mullins.

Thomas was predeceased by his wife, the late Hazel P. Mullins. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Annette C. Mullins, her children and grandchildren; his daughter Stephanie Mullins and her husband Michael, granddaughter Abby Wetterland, brother Armand Mullins, and a large, loving extended family.

He attended Bridgewater State University and was a vocational high school teacher at Blackstone Valley Regional Technical Vocational High School in Upton, Mass., until his retirement in 1987.

Thomas was a true gentleman, devoted to his family and respected by those who knew him.

His Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, Nov. 26, at 10 a.m. in St. Christopher Church, 1554 Main Road, Tiverton. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to the American Cancer Society 931 Jefferson Blvd #3004, Warwick, RI 02886.
