Tiverton police: driver of loud ATV "doing wheelies" charged

Friday, Jan. 13

At 3:50 p.m., Christhian Rodriguez, 25, of Fall River, was charged with driving with an invalid license and under a 2nd District Court bench warrant.

Saturday, Jan. 14

At 2:08 a.m., Tyler James Feirick, 21, of Fall River, was charged under a 2nd District Court bench warrant.

At 2:53 a.m., Emily McDonough, 32, of Fall River, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and refusal to submit to a breathalyzer test.

At 3:50 p.m., Christhian Rodriguez, 25, of Fall River, was charged with driving with an invalid license and under a 2nd District Court bench warrant.
Saturday, Jan. 14
At 2:08 a.m., Tyler James Feirick, 21, of Fall River, was charged under a 2nd District Court bench warrant.
At 2:53 a.m., Emily McDonough, 32, of Fall River, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and refusal to submit to a breathalyzer test.
Barbara A. Milotte, 55, of 801 Seapowet Avenue, Tiverton, was charged at 4:06 p.m. with domestic simple assault.
Sunday, Jan. 15
Cody L. Blanchette, 20, of 174 Main Road, Tiverton, was charged at 4:11 p.m ., with possession of marijuana (one ounce or less, 18 years or older) and with driving with an invalid license.
Tuesday, Jan. 17
At 7:14 a.m., Amanda A. Major, 33, of 1 Mill Street, Apt. 5104, Tiverton, was charged under a 2nd District Court bench warrant.
After multiple calls about an ATV with a loud muffler "doing wheelies" in the area of Tiverton High School, Tiverton Middle School, the Ranger School, and Quintal Drive, among other nearby locations, a 17-year-old Tiverton boy was charged with reckless driving, eluding police, and disorderly conduct.
Thursday, Jan. 19
Lane Ukura, 49, of 15 Bayview Avenue, Tiverton, was charged at 8:30 a.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure to stop after an accident.
Friday, Jan. 20
Colleen McGillicuddy, 26, of Berkley, was charged at 3:55 a.m., with driving under the influence of alcohol.
At 4:21 a.m., Sharaz Amin, 28, of Fall River , was charged with disorderly conduct.
Tuesday, Jan. 24
At 2 a.m., Kevin Torres, 22, of New Bedford was charged with three counts of tampering with vehicles, conspiracy, possessing burglary tools, possession of stolen car parts, and driving with an invalid license.
At 2:50 a.m., Rafael Francisco Ramirez, 27, of New Bedford, was charged with possessing burglary tools, possession of stolen car parts, three counts of tampering with vehicles, larceny over $500, and conspiracy.
At 3:45 a.m., a 17-year-old New Bedford male was charged with conspiracy, three counts of tampering with vehicles, possessing burglary tools, and possession of stolen parts.
A Terra Verde Drive resident reported at 10:27 a.m. that a trailer and pig pen had been stolen.
At 3:18 p.m., a 16-year-old Tiverton male was charged with disorderly conduct.
After reports were made to police of people "crying and yelling," Charles Brewer Jr., 37, of 301 Bulgarmarsh Road, Apt. #8, Tiverton, was charged at 6:51 p.m. with domestic simple assault.
Friday, Jan. 27
Peter Falso, 47, of Portsmouth, was charged at 2:57 a.m. with possession of a scheduled drug.
At 3:34 a.m., Jonathan Austin Kirkland, 34, of Warwick, was charged with possession of a scheduled drug and driving in possession of a controlled substance.
At 7:55 a.m., Arthur Oliveira, 51, of 75 Montgomery Street, Tiverton, was charged under a 6th District Court bench warrant.
Saturday, Jan. 28
George Stephan St. Pierre, 54, of Fall River, was charged at 7:26 a.m. with disorderly conduct and with driving with an invalid license.
Sunday, Jan. 29
At 2:56 a.m.,Jonathan Gonzalez, 20, of Fall River, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving with an invalid license.
At 4:55 a.m., Augusto A. Araujo, 56, of Fall River, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with an invalid license.
