Tiverton police: four charged with domestic offenses

Monday, Aug. 29

At 12:09 a.m., Jonathan A. Silvia, 30, of 35 Randolph Avenue, Apt. #405, Tiverton, was charged with driving with an invalid license, and speeding in excess of 10 mph over the posted speed limit.

Kimberly Lima, 32, of 1 Mill Street, Apt. #311, Tiverton, was charged at 11:22 a.m., with domestic simple assault and domestic vandalism.

At 12:21 p.m., Ashley M. Lebreux, 32, of 839 Lake Road, Tiverton, was charged at 12:21 p.m. with domestic felony assault.

Tiverton police: four charged with domestic offenses

At 12:09 a.m., Jonathan A. Silvia, 30, of 35 Randolph Avenue, Apt. #405, Tiverton, was charged with driving with an invalid license, and speeding in excess of 10 mph over the posted speed limit.

Kimberly Lima, 32, of 1 Mill Street, Apt. #311, Tiverton, was charged at 11:22 a.m., with domestic simple assault and domestic vandalism.

At 12:21 p.m., Ashley M. Lebreux, 32, of 839 Lake Road, Tiverton, was charged at 12:21 p.m. with domestic felony assault.

Tuesday, Aug. 30

Alyssa R. Arruda, 23, of 61 Walnut Street, Tiverton was charged at 2:44 a.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol, BAC 0.15 or greater.

Thursday, Sept., 1

Keith G. Mottas, 41, of 1205 Crandall Road, Tiverton, was charged at 11:30 p.m. with receiving stolen goods, a felony.

Friday, Sept. 2

At 3:54 p.m., Kurtis Mooney, 49, of Westport, was charged with driving with an invalid license, driving under the influence of alcohol, and refusal to submit to a breathalyzer test.

Ashley Moniz, 22, of 857 Main Road, Tiverton, was charged at 7:06 p.m., under a 2nd District Court bench warrant.

Saturday, Sept. 3

At 12:41 a.m., Morgan Taylor Costa, 20, of Fall River, was charged with transporting alcoholic beverages by an underage person.

At 5:34 p.m., Christina M. Aguiar, 39, of 19 Mill Street, Apt. 2R, Tiverton, was charged under a 2nd District Court bench warrant.

Stephen Souza, 24, of Portsmouth, was charged at 6:58 p.m. under a Superior Court bench warrant

Monday, Sept. 4

Aries Williams, 33, of Cranston, was charged with possession of marijuana and domestic assault.

Tuesday, Sept. 5

At 6:20 a.m., Louis Medeiros, 62, of 191 Cornell Road, Tiverton, was charged with domestic, simple assault.
