Brian N. McGlynn, 57, Tiverton

Brian N. McGlynn, 57, of Tiverton, died Friday, June 2, 2017, at Charlton Memorial Hospital after a long illness.  He was the loving husband of Roxanne F. (Casavant) McGlynn.  Born in Fall River, he was the son of Donna A. (Bennett) McGlynn of Tiverton and the late Norman E. McGlynn.

Brian worked as an Installation Mechanic II at General Dynamics and as an Auto Cad Drafter in the utility industry for F.M. Global and Verizon. 

Before Brian became ill, his interests were traveling, boating, flying and carpentry.  He enjoyed debating and spirited political conversation.  He had a love for animals, especially his pets Sadie and Tanzy.

In addition to his wife and mother, he leaves his loving sister, Sharon A. Durfee and her husband Kenneth of Tiverton, and his brother, Eric R. McGlynn and his wife Ebony of Acushnet, Mass.  He was the uncle to many nieces, nephews and grand nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Friday, June 9, from 4-7 p.m. at Pocasset Memorial Funeral Home, 462 Main Road, Tiverton.  Burial will be private.
