At 11:55 a.m., a Little Compton resident driving in the area of South Lake Road called to report he may have seen a bear at the Little Compton line.
At 6:36 p.m., a John Duggan Road caller complained about "goats making a lot of noise" at a nearby house.

Monday, Sept. 11
At 11:55 a.m., a Little Compton resident driving in the area of South Lake Road called to report he may have seen a bear at the Little Compton line.
At 6:36 p.m., a John Duggan Road caller complained about "goats making a lot of noise" at a nearby house.
A Wampanog Lane caller at 9:01 p.m. complained about "a dog barking non-stop" at a neighbor's home. Police investigated and reported that "the animal will be removed from the property tonight. Original owner of dog passed away. Shouldn't be an issue after tonight."
Tuesday. Sept. 12
At 1:56 a.m., Eric Andree, 44, of Fall River, in the area of Main Road and Judson Street, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Wednesday, Sept. 13
At 1:29 a.m., Joshua Michael Dionne, 36, of Somerset, was charged under a 2nd District Court bench warrant.
At 1:53 p .m., a Seapowet Avenue caller reported an "injured bird." Police were dispatched to the area, and after about 25 minutes but found "no sign of injured bird."
At 2:04 p.m., a Kaufman Road resident reported "issues with neighbor's chickens." At 2:46 p.m., the animal control officer reported he "spoke with both parties involved. Problem should be resolved for the time being."
At 4:46 p.m. CVS Pharmacy called to report a "male party white shirt blue tie tall blond hair in 20's appears to be high sleeping at register attempting to buy needles." Dispatcher said it fits the description of operator of an erratic red mustang spotted at 4:03 p.m. in area of East Beardsworth and Highway 177. Rescue was called to evaluate the individual, and the vehicle (a red Mustang) was secured in the CVS parking lot at 5:05 p.m.. The man was transported to St. Anne's Hospital. A patrol officer, a rescue vehicle, and fire truck were all dispatched.
Friday, Sept. 15
At 9:21 a.m., the Tiverton animal control officer removed an injured baby fox from from beneath a back porch on Colonial Avenue.
