Tiverton Police: Several charged with DUI

Saturday, March 4

After a 2:09 a.m. stop on Main Road, Ashlee Nolan, 29, of 201 Bulgarmarsh Road, Tiverton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (.15 percent or greater).

George H. Atkinson, 73, of 140 Stone Church Road, Tiverton, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct after a noon-time incident on East Road in the vicinity of East Lake Variety.

Sunday, March 5

Robert P. Autieri, 44, of 83 Lepes Road, Tiverton, was charged with driving under the influence after a 2:36 a.m. stop near his residence.

After a 10:38 p.m; stop on Route 24, Susan Moran, 38, of Milton, Mass..was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Monday, March 6

George S. St.Pierre, 54, of 617 Charles St., Fall River, was arrested on a bench warrant and on a charge of driving with a suspended license after a stop on Bottom Street at 11:21 a.m.

Juan C. Santiago, 212, of 1 Mill St., Tiverton, was charged with larceny under $500.

Thursday, March 9

Lea L. Champlin, 38, of Charlestown, RI, was charged with shoplifting after a 1:01 p.m incident at the CVS Store at 500 Main Road.

At the same time and same 500 Main Road address as above, Marc Rocheleau, 28, of 435 Snell St., Fall River, was charged with possession of narcotics.

Jonathan W. Goss, 38, of 76 Barton Ave., Swansea, Mass., was charged with violating a restraining order after an incident on Rock Street at 9:46 p.m.

Friday, March 10

After an 11:11 a.m. incident on Hayden Avenue, Michael A. Fernandes, 46, of 239 Washington St., Fall River, was charged with narcotics possession.
