Tiverton Police: Stolen scooter, Mirage

Saturday, Feb. 18

After a dispute at 51 Adam Street, Tiverton, Kyle Botelho, 23, of that address, was charged with domestic simple assault, domestic refusal to relinquish a telephone, and vandalism at 5:30 p.m.

Sunday, Feb. 19

Jillian Preece, 21, of 301 Bulgarmarsh Road, Tiverton, was charged with driving under the influence on Bulgarmarsh Road at 1:48 a.m.

Monday, Feb. 20

After being stopped on Route 24, Dorian Lopez, 22, of 87 Beacon St., Middletown, was charged at 4:07 a.m. with driving under the influence.

Tuesday, Feb. 21

Carlos Fraticelli, 21, of 126 Rich St., Fall River, was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and reckless driving after a pursuit up Route 24. Alerted at around 3 a.m. by Newport police to be on the lookout for a stolen red Mitsubishi Mirage, Tiverton officer Joshua Pelletier spotted such a vehicle and tried to pull it over. The car crossed into Fall River where Fall River Police assisted in stopping the car — Mr. Fraticelli then fled on foot but was caught.

At 9:10 p.m., Mariah A. King, 22, of Portland, Maine, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct after an incident at a Bulgarmarsh Road address.

Wednesday, Feb. 22

After a traffic stop on Route 24 south, Sandra Terceiro, 42, of 528 Osborn St., Fall River, was arrested on bench warrants from 2nd and 6th District Courts and for driving with a suspended license.

Saturday, Feb. 25

Stopped on Judson Street, Danielle Lee Friedlander, 31, of 1 Mill St., Tiverton, was charged at 2 a.m. with possession of narcotics, and driving under the influence.

John Paul Nunes, 24, of 349 Judson St., Tiverton, was arrested on a bench warrant from 2nd District Court.

Sunday, Feb. 26

After a traffic stop on Route 24 near exit 5, Durval D. Duarte, 46, of 71 Clearview Ave., Portsmouth, was charged with drunk driving at 4:22 a.m.

Jared Eaton, 17, of 58 Cottage St., Tiverton, was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and driving with an expired license at 6:45 p.m. Tiverton officer Adam Brillon was on traffic post on Main Road near Humphrey’s Building Supplies when he spotted a motor scooter speeding at 52 mph in a 25 mph zone. That scooter was later found to have been stolen in Fall River. Mr. Easton said he had purchased it from someone else.
