Crowd treated to one-hole playoff

The CVS Health Charity Classic came down to a one-hole playoff on Tuesday, June 28, with the team of Jon Curran and Keegan Bradley defeating the team of Bill Haas and Billy Andrade.

Curran and Bradley made a birdie on the 17th hole and tied Haas and Andrade, forcing the one hole playoff. The two teams returned to the 18th tee for the showdown — in the end, Curran and Bradley birdied the hole while Andrade and Haas missed on their birdie attempt.

Curran and Bradley became the second team in CVS Health Charity Classic history to successfully defend their title and repeat as champs — the other team to accomplish this feat was Steve Stricker and Bo Van Pelt in 2013 and 2014.
