Jane K. (Muller) Blount, 78, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2016. She was the former wife of the late Luther H. Blount.

Born in Weymouth, MA, the daughter of the late William H. and Jeannette (Kellogg) Muller, she had been a Barrington resident for 33 years.

A graduate of Scituate High School in Massachusetts and Green Mountain College in Vermont, she went on to work for NASA on Apollo and in administration at Butler Hospital for 20 years before retiring in 2006. She was an active member of the First Unitarian Church of Providence.

She is survived by her son, Robert P. Munafo and his husband Richard K. Hendrie; a grandson, Andrew Kraft and his wife Rhonda; and great-grandchildren Emilia, Jayden, Remy and Landen.

She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Funeral services will be private. Contributions may be made in her honor to the Audubon Society of Rhode Island, 12 Sanderson Road, Smithfield, RI 02917, www.asri.org.
