Wilfred W. Lomas, 93, of Warren, died Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2016 at St Elizabeth Manor in Bristol. Born in Warren, a son of the late William T. and Lena (Tatro) Lomas, he was the beloved husband of Elizabeth (Weir) Lomas.
Mr. Lomas worked in construction, textiles and as a welder. He was a member of the American Legion in Barrington and a former member of the NE Apache Campers. He loved woodworking and crafting.
He was the father of Ronald Lomas of Rehoboth, Ma., Russell Lomas of Woodstock, Ga., Cynthia Lomas of Warren, Bethany Modica of Riverside and the late Richard Lomas; the grandfather of 11 and great-grandfather of 12. He was the brother of the late Joseph, Charles, Arthur and Esther Lomas. He was raised by his aunt, the late Emily Lomas.
Funeral services are private. Arrangements are with Smith Funeral & Memorial Services in Warren.
