Anthony S. “Tony” “Chubby” Annarummo, 76, passed away Thursday, Nov. 16, 2017 with his loving companion life partner, Linda (Gabarra) DeAngelis, by his side.

Born in Bristol, a son of the late Nunzio and Mary (Perry) Annarummo, he was a long-time resident of Warren, RI.

Mr. Annarummo was an avid sports fan, especially of Notre Dame football and all the Boston teams. He enjoyed playing golf and was a former member of Crestwood Country Club in Rehoboth, MA. He worked for 25 years for The Kresge Corporation and later at various retail environments until his retirement. For nine years he worked part-time at The Carnegie Abbey Club in Portsmouth until illness forced him to leave. Tony was fun-loving and loved to make people laugh.

In addition to Linda, he is survived by her children, Gina Brzezowski and her husband Tim and Amy Jasmin and her husband Mike; grandchildren Paul and Olivia Jasmin; and his one sister, Lucille Bell. He was the half-brother of the late Ronald and William Mello.

His Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2017 in St. Mary of the Bay Parish, 645 Main St., Warren. His burial will be private.

Contributions may be made in his honor to the Jimmy Fund, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168 or Button Hole Golf Course, 1 Buttonhole Dr., Providence, RI 02909.

He also loves to cook crazy New Orleans dishes for his wife of 25 years, Michelle, and their two sons, Jake and Max.
