Elizabeth S. (Weir) Lomas, 90, of Warren, died Sunday March 10, 2019 at Miriam Hospital Providence. She was the wife of the late Wilfred W. Lomas.

Elizabeth was born in Barrington, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Ida (Thornton) Weir.

She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Lomas lived in Warren for over 70 years, coming from Barrington. She was a member of the former St. Mark‘s Church in Warren, now a member at the Saints Matthew and Mark Church in Barrington.

She was a member of the New England Apachee Campers for many years.

Mrs. Lomas enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Ronald Lomas of Rehoboth MA., Russell E. Lomas of Woodstock, GA., Cynthia A. Lomas of Warren, Bethany A. Modica of Riverside, her daughter in law Deanna Lomas of Riverside. Mrs. Lomas was the grandmother of 11 and the great-grandmother of 13.

She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Elizabeth was the sister of the late Benjamin Weir Jr, the late Doris Jovin, and the late Margaret Miner.

Mrs. Lomas was the mother of the late Richard E. Lomas.

Her funeral service will be held Wednesday March 13, 2019 at 9:00 am in the Saints Matthew and Mark Church, 5 Chapel Road, Barrington. Burial will follow in Newport Memorial Park, Middletown, RI.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling hours and flowers are omitted.
