Gravestones vandalized in Warren

Warren police are looking for information on who vandalized approximately 10 gravestones at the South Burial Ground last week.

The stones, most from the late 1800s, were reported vandalized last Wednesday, May 10, at the northwest corner of the South Burial Ground, along Franklin Street. Some were toppled, while others were broken into two or more pieces.

Anyone with information about the stones should call the Warren Police Department at 245-1311.
