Laura Mary ( Watts) Brisson, 95 , of Warren died Sunday Dec. 10, 2017 at Hope Hospice, in Providence .

She was the wife of the late George Joseph Brisson Sr.

Laura was born in Fall River a daughter of the late William and Eva (Lachapelle) Watts.

Mrs. Brisson was a seamstress for the M & M Dress Factory in Warren for many years.

She has lived in Warren since 1945, coming from Providence.

Laura was a parishioner of St. Jean the Baptiste Church.

She is survived by her children George A. and his wife Patricia Brisson of Huntington, VT., Donald Brisson of Warren, and Patricia L. Alward and her husband Darel of Riverside.

She is the grandmother of 4, and the great grandmother of 7, and the step grandmother of 4, and the great - great grandmother of 1.

Mrs. Brisson is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late William Watts, Lauretta Vitullo ,Rita Peters, Eva Pevin and Beatrice St. Vincent .

Her funeral will be held Thursday Dec. 14, 2017 at 8:30am from the SMITH FUNERAL and MEMORIAL SERVICES, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren, with a mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am in St. Jean the Baptiste Church, 328 Main Street , Warren, burial will be in St. Jean the Baptiste Cemetery, Vernon Street, Warren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours are Thursday from 8:30am -9:30am
