A Providence man faces domestic violence charges after Warren police said he broke into an apartment here earlier this month. Luis Matta, 34, turned himself in to District Court on Nov. 13 on an arrest warrant issued by Warren police on charges of domestic violence/breaking and entering.  The victim, with whom Mr. Matta has a child, told police that he had kicked in the front door of her apartment, though she was not home at the time. Mr. Matta was arraigned and release on personal recognizance.
