Monday, April 9

The owner of a Main Street business complained that new tenants nearby were not cleaning up their dog’s mess. The caller asked for extra police patrols in the area.

A Kickemuit Middle School made comments at school about having problems with a parent at home.

The Dean of Students at the Kickemuit Middle School reported that a student touched another student inappropriately. Warren Police Sgt. Roy Borges said the student, a 14-year-old boy, touched a female classmate in an inappropriate manner. He said the boy was suspended for two days, and his parents were contacted.

A loose dog was spotted trotting around Jacobs Point.

An Asselin Street woman reported being threatened by her child.

Tuesday, April 10

A Baker Street resident reported being threatened over the Internet.

A resident brought in an old BB gun for disposal.

A Water Street resident reported finding a dead iguana in her backyard.

Ariana J. Santana, 21, of East Providence, was charged with driving after the denial, suspension or revocation of her license, first offense, after police pulled her over on Arlington Avenue.

William A. Rivera, 41, of Providence, was charged with driving after the denial, suspension or revocation of his license, first offense, after police pulled him over on Metacom Avenue.

Police were asked to help remove a young child who’d become stuck in a car seat.

David J. Halcisak, 31, of Newport, was charged with domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property and domestic disorderly conduct, after police received a 911 hangup call from an Arlington Avenue residence.

Wednesday, April 11

A Union Street woman called police at 1:26 a.m. to report someone knocking on the back door of her apartment. It turned out to be a neighbor who was concerned about a strange smell in the building.

The Warren Fire Department’s marine unit was asked to respond to the Mt. Hope Bridge at 6:06 a.m., following a report of a person who might be in the water.

A Water Street resident complained that the landlord turned off the hot water.

A caller reported seeing “loose goats” on Adams Lane.

Rescue crews were called to Birchswamp Road for a possible prescription drug overdose.

The animal control officer ordered a dog to quarantine after its owner, an Arlington Avenue man, reported that the dog was foaming at the mouth and coming after him.

A Union Street woman complained that someone used her bank card without her permission.

Thursday, April 12

Police told two men reported arguing on Main Street at 12:49 a.m. to quiet down.

Jay P. Kane, 26, of Cranston, was picked up on two bench warrants issued by Sixth Division District Court in Providence.

A Main Street woman asked that police speak to an acquaintance about his drinking habits.

Nicole A. Fontenault, 35, of Bristol, was charged with driving after the denial, suspension or revocation of her license, first offense, after police pulled her over on Main Street just after 8:30 a.m.

Someone parked a car in the middle of Wood Street, a caller told police.

A Metacom Avenue man told police that someone broke his car window, though nothing was taken.

A caller reported a person texting while driving on Child Street.

A caller from Wood Street reported that someone was playing a car stereo too loud.

Antonio M. DaCosta, 42, of Bristol, was charged with driving after the denial, suspension or revocation of his license, first offense, after police pulled him over on Miller Street just before 6 p.m.

Friday, April 13

A Child Street woman complained that her daughter had received a threatening message.

Anthony Shares, 19, a student at Roger Williams University in Bristol, was charged with unlawful drinking/ID card misuse, after he allegedly tried to pass a fake ID at a Metacom Avenue establishment.

Police got reports that a car was doing ‘donuts’ in a parking lot on Metacom Avenue.

Saturday, April 14

Gregory A. Brown, 25, of Bristol, was charged with driving after the denial, suspension or revocation of his license, second offense, after police pulled him over on Metacom Avenue.

Police got multiple reports around 2 p.m. that kids were playing in the middle of Child Street.

A Child Street woman called police at 6:39 p.m. and asked that they remove a man from the house.

Sunday, April 15

A Kickemuit Road man complained that a car parked in a nearby driveway had been running for about four hours.

A Davis Street woman complained that someone struck her parked car overnight.

A woman on Market Street called for police assistance during an argument with her boyfriend.

A caller reported an aggressive driver on Market Street.

Tenants in a Vernon Street apartment got into an argument over who was supposed to be living in the building.

A woman complained that someone stole a license plate off her daughter’s car.
