Letter: Need business help? This office means business

To the editor:

I recently brought a constituent, who has an expanding business in the Fall River area, to meet Larry Cameron in the local MassDevelopment office. Larry is the vice-president of business development. He spent an hour with us outlining the various resources that his office can offer growing businesses in our community. I learned a lot and was very impressed by the wealth of information that we were provided.

Both I and my constituent came away with a much better understanding of the programs that the Commonwealth makes available for growing businesses.

Believe me, the Commonwealth means business. I recommend that any local business makes it a point to meet Larry Cameron, or one of his associates, at their office on Martine Street in Fall River to get acquainted.
