Resident: Suspect vehicle is a 2017 GMC Sierra

Posted

A Barrington resident stopped into the Barrington Police Station on Wednesday, Aug. 24 to report a dangerous motorist.

The resident said she was riding bicycles with her husband in the area of Barneyville Road and Sowams Road when a white 2017 GMC Sierra drove by them — she said the vehicle clipped her and she believes a less experienced bicyclist would have crashed.

The Barrington resident was able to avoid falling, police said. The woman also told police she has video footage of the incident.
