A home on Rumstick Point in Barrington fetched more than $3 million recently.

Residential Properties Ltd. announced the sale of 6 White Birch Lane for $3.25 million. “According to State-Wide MLS data, this is the second-highest sale in Barrington year to date,” stated a press release from Residential Properties Ltd. RPL’s Clancy & Orchard Team represented the buyer in this transaction. The Kirk l Schryver Team of Compass represented the seller.

The home is a custom-built Nantucket-style colonial and is located at the end of Rumstick Point. It offers views of Narragansett Bay. 

The home features five bedrooms, including two primary suites, a screened porch, a large chef’s kitchen, and custom touches throughout. 

Across the lawn, granite steps provide access to the beach. There is also a private backyard.
