Lisa Elizabeth Duhamel, 50, of Manchester, N.H., died unexpectedly on Dec. 23, 2021, at her home. She was the loving wife of David Duhamel and an amazing person. No one was more caring, thoughtful, generous, or loving than Lisa; she was always willing to jump in and help anyone.

Lisa was born April 2, 1971, in Providence, R.I. She was the daughter of Herman J. and Shirley A. (McFetters) Paulino. She graduated from Barrington High School and went on to receive her Associate’s Degree from Hesser College. For the past three years, Lisa served as the Hospice Community Operations Assistant at Granite VNA in Concord.

Lisa had a heart of gold and enjoyed many activities. She was an active runner on her Peloton and loved the outdoors. Lisa loved animals, especially her two dogs. She was heartbroken when she lost Shade, her Shepard, several years ago; Mia, a rescue pup, was her new love.

She was a fantastic cook and enjoyed cooking in her kitchen at home. She rarely sat still, always moving, keeping busy. She loved her family and her friends.

Lisa’s family include her husband of 19 years, David Duhamel of Manchester; her stepchildren, Kyle Duhamel and Kristen Duhamel; grandson Chase Johnson; her parents, Herman and Shirley Paulino; her aunt Dottie McFetters; her siblings, Bob Paulino and his wife, Gail, and Chrissy (Paulino) Cook, her husband Merrick, and their daughter Bailey Elizabeth Cook (Lisa’s godchild); David’s sister, Diane Davis and her husband Lee; sister-in-law, Rhonda Duhamel, and many nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Lisa’s memory may be sent to Granite VNA at https://www.granitevna.org/donate or mailed to 30 Pillsbury St., Concord, NH 03301.  Donations can be designated to support Granite VNA’s Hospice House, Hospice Program, Home Care, or directed to the greatest needs of the organization. Lisa loved working at Granite VNA and was proud of the home care, community support, and hospice services they provide. Please help us continue to support them for everything that they do.
