Richard Joseph Cloutier, 80, Warren and Barrington

Richard Joseph Cloutier, 80, of Warren, RI, formerly of Barrington, RI, passed away, Thursday, October 7, 2021, at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence.

He was the husband of the late Rebecca (Galinelli) Cloutier.

Born in Mountclair, NJ, he was the son of the late Adrian and Loretta (Remy) Cloutier.

Mr. Cloutier had worked at Brown University for 22 years in the events department. He also served as a Merchant Marine for 15 years.  He was a Communicant of Holy Angels Church in Barrington.  He was an avid Red Sox fan and enjoyed playing cards, bingo and bowling.

He is survived by a son, Randy Cloutier, of Barrington, RI, and two grandchildren, Jacob and Seth Cloutier, a brother in law Alexander R. Galinelli, and a niece Amy Galinelli, both of Warren, RI, along with many friends at the Kickemuit Village.   He was also the brother of the late Joyce Gillet.

Calling hours are omitted.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, October 15, 2021, at 10AM in Holy Angels Church, 341 Maple Avenue, Barrington, RI.

Burial will follow in Maria Del Campo Cemetery.
