Monday, June 6
Authorities removed a deceased rabbit from a sidewalk on Hope Street at 8:00 a.m.
The animal control officer picked up an injured bird from Washington Street at 8:50 a.m.
A past robbery was reported at 9:23 p.m. that had occurred earlier at the East Bay Laundromat on Gooding Avenue. Money was reportedly stolen from the register.
Tuesday, June 7
Police removed three deceased animals from Franklin Street, Naomi Street and Asylum Road between 12:52 and 1:52 p.m.
Police dispersed individuals from an area near the bottom of Mt. Hope Bridge at 5:32 p.m.
A fireworks complaint was logged at Coelho Park on Jenny Lane at 10:44 p.m. but nothing was found at the scene.
Wednesday, June 8
Michael Rodrigues, 35, of Bristol, was arrested on a warrant at 2:20 p.m. He was charged with larceny of less than $1,500 and one count of domestic violence (family court violation of a protective order, first offense). He was arraigned and transported to the ACI.
Vandalism was reported at a property on Reid Street at 3:45 p.m.
Authorities assisted a group of ducklings in a parking lot that were trying to cross Hope Street at 5:21 p.m.
Thursday, June 9
Police assisted with a male at the Cumberland Farms on Metacom Avenue that was reportedly threatening customers at 5:07 a.m.
A man was given a no trespass order at the Cup Defenders Association following an incident on Wood Street at 12:32 p.m.
A man who was reportedly carrying a BB gun was reported on Creek Lane at 12:34 p.m. Police found the man, but nothing further was reported.
Bristol Fire assisted on a marine rescue off the coast of Warwick Neck and Patience Island at 8:14 p.m. involving a parasailor that had gone under with five people on board.
Bristol Fire helped extinguish a dumpster fire on Hope Street at 9:06 p.m.
Ryan Dupuis, 33, of Warwick, was arrested following a report of a fight at the Wood Street Cafe on Wood Street at 11:24 p.m. He was charged with one count of simple assault and/or battery (third offense), and disorderly conduct.
Friday, June 10
DEM was contacted at 7:11 a.m. regarding a sick skunk on Eisenhower Court.
A caller reported that there was a group of teenagers walking around Bay View Avenue setting off fireworks and drinking around 9:56 p.m. Police didn’t find anyone at the scene. Another report in the same area came in at 10:31 p.m. but again nothing was found.
Saturday, June 11
David Pacheco, 30, was arrested at 4:01 p.m. following an incident on Wood Street. He was charged with simple assault and/or battery and disorderly conduct.
Multiple reports regarding juveniles on motorbikes was reported on King Philip Avenue at 8:57 and 10:54 p.m. but police didn’t locate anyone at the scene either time.
Sunday, June 12
A caller on Constitution Street reported at 2:12 a.m. that a neighbor had been outside “watering the street for over two hours.” Police spoke with the individual, who agreed to go inside for the night.
A goose was reportedly struck by a truck at 8:34 p.m. on Poppasquash Road. DEM was notified.
