A few weeks ago, I reached out to my state senator, Walter Felag, Jr., about a minor traffic concern. Senator Felag promptly returned my call that same day. After listening to my concerns, he assured me he would contact the appropriate person at the state level. The following day, he called to update me, confirming that he had already been in touch with the responsible party and was working to resolve the issue. Just two days later, he called again to inform me that the matter had been resolved and explained the cause of the problem. I was pleasantly surprised by his swift response and the quick resolution.

Thank you, Senator Felag, for addressing this issue so efficiently and demonstrating the importance of truly effective constituent services!
