Brady Sullivan Properties, LLC, is seeking Town of Bristol approval to redevelop the Thames Street Robin Rug complex to include 151 rental units and a small number of retail outlets. The development includes 150 interior parking spaces and 150 exterior spaces in lots near the building complex. The project will be named Bristol Yarn Mill.
On Thursday, June 10, at 7 p.m. the Bristol Planning Board meeting will include a “Concept Plan Review/Pre-Application” presentation of the new development. The Planning Board agenda notes that the developer’s proposal “includes a request for an amendment to the original Change of Zone conditions” issued in 2008, which limited the project residential units to 98.
The public is invited to join this Meeting via computer at: https://zoom.us/j/96018371353
Four helpful documents about the current proposal can be found on the Bristol town website in the government section dealing with the Technical Review Committee.
