TIVERTON — Hogan Associates announces the June 15 sale of 112 Riverscape Lane in Tiverton, located off Nanaquaket Road, for $2,250,000.  This is the highest recorded sale price in Tiverton since 2018.

112 Riverscape Lane is a remarkable property, ideal as a year-round home or a vacation retreat,” the agency said.

It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and situated on three acres of professionally manicured landscaping. The home provides sweeping, 180 degree views of the Sakonnet River.

The 5,400 square foot custom-built home features formal living and dining areas with crown moulding, built-ins, and panoramic water views. The first floor has an eat-in kitchen with an adjoining family room and an office.

The second floor holds a master suite and two guest rooms, all with water-facing balconies. Outside, the lawn reaches to 250 feet of private shoreline with a deck. The property has a mooring, with completed plans and permitting in process for a private dock.

Gordon King of Hogan Associates represented the Buyer, and Kendra Toppa of Lila Delman Compass represented the Seller.
