PORTSMOUTH — Here are some recent arrests made by The Portsmouth Police Department:

Wednesday, Dec. 18

Eric Stewart, 39, of 3299 East Main Road, was charged with disorderly conduct (offensive words at another) at about 5:45 p.m. Officers responded to Neon Marketplace, 3302 East Main Road, to investigate a report of a man harassing customers and staff, but while en route they were informed he had left the store on foot and was headed south on East Main Road. Officers caught up with Stewart, who appeared to be heavily intoxicated, according to police. Stewart argued and acted aggressive with officers and refused to provide information about the incident, according to police. When offered a ride home, he refused to sit in the rear of the police cruiser despite being instructed multiple times, police said.

Thursday, Dec. 19

Tina Louise Paquette, 52, of 14 Rhode Island Boulevard, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct. Officers made the arrest after responding to Paquette’s home around 1:10 a.m. to investigate a report of a domestic disturbance, police said.

Friday, Dec. 20

Kuron Le Mitchell, 25, of 848 Douglas Ave., Providence, was charged with driving after his license had been suspended, revoked, or cancelled — his fourth and subsequent offense. He was pulled over on West Main Road shortly after midnight.

Saturday, Dec. 21
