Portsmouth Police charge four with DWI in separate incidents

PORTSMOUTH — Here are some recently highlights from the Portsmouth Police reports:

Saturday, Sept. 4

Sophia E. Dudek, 23, of 22 Oak St., Apt. 4, North Providence, was charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense), after being pulled over for speeding on West Main Road shortly before 2 a.m. She was issued a District Court summons and later released.

Sunday, Sept. 5

Colby C. Marks, 30, of 188 Briarwood Ave., Tiverton, was charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense) after officers observed his vehicle nearly strike a guardrail several times while traveling on West Main Road near Raytheon, police said. He was also cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test (second offense). He was later released with a District Court summons.

Monday, Sept. 6

Stephanie C. Polselli, 30, of 2 Crestview Drive, Greenville, was charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense) after being stopped at 701 Park Ave. shortly before 1 a.m. for multiple moving violations, police said. She was also cited for refusing a chemical test. Ms. Polselli was secured in a women’s cell before being released around 6:30 a.m.

Kortney R. Sevigny, 31, of 283 Canonicus St., Floor 1, Tiverton, was charged with driving while intoxicated (second offense) following a motor vehicle accident in the area of Chase Road and Birchwood Drive around 8:10 a.m. 

Michael H. Marelli, St., 39, of 274 Mill Lane, was charged with domestic assault after he entered police headquarters around 7 p.m. and was told there was an active warrant for his arrest, police said. The victim was a 37-year-old woman who lives in Portsmouth, police said.
