PORTSMOUTH — Here are some recent arrests reported by the Portsmouth Police Department:

Tuesday, June 10

Alexander M. Colon, 27, of 3 Baltimore St., Providence, was arrested on a 6th District Court bench warrant and charged with driving without an active license, his fourth and subsequent offense, after being pulled over on East Main Road at Foodworks shortly before 6:30 p.m. Colon was later transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions in Cranston.

Wednesday, June 11

Roberta Jean Robella, 55, of 16 Vesper Lane, was arrested on Luther Lane around 3:25 p.m. on a warrant charging her with willful trespass.

Charles F. Coles, 60, of 55 Wareham St., Carver, Mass., was charged with DUI, first offense, after being stopped for speeding on Route 24 at about 10:20 p.m. Coles was also cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test.

Thursday, June 12

Jose Lopes Gomes, 37, of 31 Holiday St., Boston, was charged with DUI, first offense, after being pulled over for motor vehicle violations on West Main Road at Turkey Hill around 1:25 p.m. Gomes was also cited for refusing a chemical test.

Chandoeun Phol, 39, of 252 South Clarendon St., Cranston, was charged with trespassing on a railroad right-of-way near the Sakonnet River shortly before 8 p.m.

Friday, June 13

Manuel Colon, 32, of 88 Truman Road, Newport, was charged at about 6 a.m. with driving without an active license. Colon was pulled over for a moving and registration violation on West Main Road at Stringham Road.

Saturday, June 14

Edward Allen Hall, 39, of 42 Jesse Drive, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct after officers responded to his home around 11:30 a.m. to investigate a report of a domestic disturbance. Hall made threats to harm a 41-year-old Portsmouth woman and was acting aggressive toward her, according to police. 

Sunday, June 15

Daniel A. Wright, 38, of 34 Country Club Boulevard, Dartmouth, was charged with DUI, first offense, after being pulled over for moving violations on Route 24 at Sprague Street shortly before 1 a.m.

James William Foose, 40, of 85 Hilton Ave., East Providence, was charged with violating a domestic no-contact order, his third and subsequent offense. Foose was a passenger in a vehicle stopped in the area of Route 24 North and Sprague Street at about 7:45 a.m. It was later determined he had an active no-contact order with the female driver, according to police.
