The Winter Speaker Series by the Westport River Watershed Alliance kicks off with Dan Gibson, Ph.D., and an illustrated talk on horseshoe crabs. He will delve into the 450-million-year natural history of these misunderstood ancient mariners, conservation efforts, and contributions their unique physiology have made to biomedical science.
