Annabelle Zinni, 74, of Barrington

Annabelle Zinni, “Tootsie,” 74, of Prospect Street, Barrington, died peacefully on Aug. 26, 2021. She was the wife of the late Nicholas W. Zinni.  

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Domenic and Domenica (Salvo) Gilberto, she lived in Barrington for 61 years.  

Mrs. Zinni was a medical secretary for Dr. Steven Sack for 24 years before retiring in 2011.  

Annabelle was a graduate of Barrington High School, Class of 1965. She was a past president of the Holy Angels Church Women’s Guild and volunteered at Holy Angels Parish during her retirement.  

She is survived by a daughter, Linda L. Dalton and her husband John of North Smithfield; a son, Nicholas D. Zinni, of Barrington; two sisters, Madelyn Lavin and her husband Robert of Riverside and Toni McGuire and her husband Michael of Bristol; three grandchildren, Alec, Evan and Dale; a great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews and her devoted cat, Abby.  

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2021, in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Ave., Riverside, at 7:45 a.m., with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Luke Church, Washington Avenue, Barrington at 9 a.m. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
