The Warren Planning Board will meet Monday, May 19, once more without any discussion on the "Settlers Green" housing development taking place, which has been a familiar refrain for the better part of what is now seven months.
Board Chair Fred Massie confirmed the engineering study by the firm Fuss & O'Neil was only completed in recent days, leaving no time before Monday's meeting for all parties to review the associated materials properly.
As a reminder, the "Settlers Green" proposal calls for transforming the former Kinnicutt-Bettencourt Farm into a housing development consisting of several single-family home lots and two 4-story apartment buildings on the 16-acre parcel.
The matter is again expected to be continued to the board's June 23 forum.
