The Barrington High School girls soccer team was slated to play against Mt. Hope in the first round of the Division 1 playoffs on Tuesday night, Oct. 29.

The winner of that game will play against LaSalle in the quarterfinals.

The Barrington High School boys soccer team was also scheduled to play in a quarterfinal playoff game on Tuesday, Oct. 29.

The Eagles were slated to host Cranston West — the two teams played to a tie during the regular season. The winner of the game will play against the tournament’s number one seed, Bishop Hendricken, on Nov. 2.

The Eagles finished the regular season with a record of 5-7-4, which was good enough for eighth place in Division 1. Barrington knocked off East Providence in the regular season finale, 2-0. Ethan DaCosta scored a goal for the Eagles, assisted by Kelly Hill, and Evan Memoli tallied the other goal off an assist from Brady Andrew.
